Do you hold my funds?

No. Your funds remain 100% in your exchange account. We execute trades via API but cannot withdraw funds.

How are my API keys protected?

All API keys are AES-256 encrypted before storage. Only your account can access them.

What is the High-Water Mark?

HWM means you only pay performance fees when your account reaches a new all-time high balance. If your account drops and recovers, no fee is charged on recovered losses.

How do I start paper trading?

Create a free account, get Binance Testnet API keys from testnet.binance.vision, and connect them. Paper trading uses real market prices but simulated money.

When are performance fees deducted?

On the last day of each month. A detailed report is emailed to you showing all trades, P&L, and fee calculations.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel with 30 days notice. All trading stops immediately upon cancellation request.
